Nur's birthday

This set of cupcakes was ordered by Nuramalina for her birthday. Since she was not that specific on the design, I thought what better way to celebrate a girl's birthday rather than giving her lots and lots of flowers (well sort of). She love it so much that she feel sorry to eat the cupcakes :)

Love N' Roses

This chocolate cake was ordered by one of my student for her special one's birthday. This heart-shaped cake was adorned with pink fondant roses on top of it. Initially, there should be only 3 buds of roses but we ended up with 8 buds instead. Hehehe! Happy Birthday Aus!

Princess Birthday

We've got this order from Marina who requested a birthday cake and a set of cupcakes for her 5 years old daughter Ain Batrisyia. The theme was simply princess birthday as she specifically requested any design that suits a girl who loves princess and barbie doll very much. We placed an icing image of Barbie on top of the 1 1/2kg chocolate moist cake. For the cupcakes, we used several fantasy image including a disney-like castle, crown and magical wand. Talk about fantasy and kids :)

suprise!

This set of cupcakes was requested by miss Salmiza@along as a surprise for her mother's birthday. Well, what a pleasant surprise as she intended to present the cupcakes to her mother a week earlier than the exact date hehehe! Whatever it is, thanks along for the order!

Red + White

This red + white themed cupcakes was specially ordered by Kak Asiah for her husband's 31st birthday. Well, she is in the same batch with me when we were in the IIUM matric. It was some kind of a reunion during the delivery of the cupcakes considering that the last time we met was when we were still in KAED back in 2003. Anyway, thank you Kak Asiah.

+ I'll make you the MU theme cupcake next year if you want to...hehehe!

chocolate craze!

It was nearly 6pm when Along called me and asked whether I could bake her a birthday cake before midnight for her junior housemate Ieka. Not to let her down, I rushed back home and started baking the chocolate cake. Since there were some extra mixture, I baked some cupcake and diced it to become part of the topping. While waiting for the cake to cool down, I started preparing the ganache and the strawberry icing. It was nearly 11pm that I finally managed to put the finishing touch on the cake and delivered the creamy chocolate cake to Along.

chocholate sponge cake

We love to eat at kedai Ibu in Garden Homes, Seremban for it's budget meal. Where else could you get a plate of plain rice+fish/meat/chicken+vegetable+drinks at only RM3.50 nowadays? Well, for uncle's birthday, Ibu ordered from us this 1kg chocolate sponge cake. To complement the deco, we simply garnished it with the Columbian Physalis. We intended to make the heart-shaped cake as simplest as possible but got carried away that we ended up with 3 physalises on top of it.

Sweet 19th

We normally received order 2-3 days prior to the delivery but for the sake of a friend, this 1kg coffee spongecake is an exception. With multicolour chocolate balls belting around the base + crunchy M&M's sticking out from the cake, we finished it with an umbrella atop of it. Well, what do you expect then, it's for a girl hehehe!

birthday girl!

Yet another order from CTRM staff bro Jamal for his lovely daughter Nabilah Hazirah. Since the chocolate cake is for a birthday girl, we decided to go pink. Well, we were not sure whether it's the father or the daughter who craved the chocolate cake more, hehehe! As for the cake, we covered the top with Pooh icing layer and some lovely pink icing and red jelly. Noticed that the cake looked like a mini drum, thanks to our early dawn idea.
