A few days after Amir and Abot's wedding at Batu Pahat, we started working on Amir and his brother Umar's wedding cake for their reception in Alor Gajah. We kicked off doing a lil bit homework browsing through some famous wedding cake website looking for an eye-catching design. On top of that, we tried using different ingredients for our royal icing to make it more elastic. We learnt that the previous icing is missing something that it was so fragile and so inflexible to work with. With this new 'upgraded' icing, the kain meleret covering the chocolate cake was indeed an easy task. Well, we present to you our two identical wedding cake: the lemon yellow and apple green chocolate cake!
